Whitening Plus (WT-P)

Description

Whitening Plus is one of GE's most popular and long-established car care products: an alkaline deep-cleaning treatment that removes stubborn stains and oxidation from vehicle paintwork and restores its original colour. It addresses the dull, built-up grime that ordinary washing leaves behind, such as the greyed oxidation layer on neglected paint and the dark deposits trapped in the fine scratches around door handles. A single application, sprayed on and wiped over, lifts these away immediately.

Whitening Plus performs best on white vehicles and is equally suitable for other light and bright finishes, including silver. It contains a built-in corrosion inhibitor and is supplied ready to use, with no dilution required.

As a dedicated deep cleaner for stubborn dirt and oxidation, Whitening Plus is best used alongside the correct product for other tasks: Watermark Remover, an acid-based formula, for water marks, and Iron Remover for rust spots and iron fallout.

How to Use

1. Wash and dry the vehicle body, and work in shade on a cool surface.
2. Spray Whitening Plus directly onto the paintwork.
3. Wipe gently with a microfibre towel; heavy scrubbing is not required.
4. Rinse off immediately with clean water, and do not allow the product to dry on the surface.
5. For a full vehicle, work section by section, rinsing each section before proceeding.

Safety

Whitening Plus is an alkaline cleaner. Wear gloves and avoid contact with eyes during use. Apply only to a cool surface in a shaded area, as heat and direct sunlight increase its activity and cause it to dry too quickly; dried product is difficult to remove without agitation. It is compatible with chrome, rubber, matte paint and trim. Do not apply to aged or damaged paintwork, including failing clear coat or thin touch-up repairs, as the alkaline formula may penetrate and lift compromised paint. Rinse thoroughly with clean water after use, and store out of reach of children.
