Bleach Concentrated (BL-C)

Specifications

SKU: BL-C

Description

Bleach Concentrated (BL-C) is a concentrated sodium hypochlorite (chlorine) bleach, made from pure sodium hypochlorite with no other additives. It is a stronger version of our Bleach Solution (BL-S), intended for commercial and high-volume use such as laundromats and businesses. Because it is concentrated, it must be diluted with water before use, and a little goes a long way.

Like our regular bleach, it whitens and removes tough stains from white and colourfast fabrics, and as a sodium hypochlorite bleach it also disinfects and removes mould and mildew, and can be used on household and commercial surfaces such as floors, toilets, and kitchen and bathroom areas.

It is for white and colourfast fabrics only. Chlorine bleach removes colour from dyed fabrics, so it must not be used on coloured clothing; for coloured fabrics, use GE Fabric Stain Remover, which is an oxygen-based, colour-safe alternative.

It is an unscented, pale yellow liquid, slightly deeper in colour than the regular solution. Always dilute it before use, and never apply it undiluted to fabric or skin. It is suitable for laundromats, hotels, restaurants and businesses, as well as households, and is available in both retail and bulk sizes.

How to Use
  1. Always dilute with water before use. As it is concentrated, use less than you would a regular bleach, and dilute to the strength required for the task.
  2. For laundry, use only on white or colourfast fabrics. Add the diluted solution as the machine fills with water, before loading the clothes, then wash and rinse thoroughly.
  3. For surfaces, dilute in water, apply, leave briefly, then rinse.
  4. Never apply it undiluted to fabric or skin, and never mix it with acidic or ammonia-based cleaners.
